LVT TEST LABORATORIES CO. was established to make up the deficiency of fully independent third party testing laboratory in Turkey with 100% national capital and infrastructure works started in 2006.
It became the only private laboratory serving in Turkey for relevant scope under the audit of Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) in July 2009.
LVT has incorporated EMC&LVD Laboratory service by expanding service network during audits being held each year and provides solution partnership to many domestic and foreign organisations with over 100 national-international standards in type-testing, R&D services and acceptance tests.
It led to a significant need in terms of domestic producers to be provided also with the support of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation (KOSGEB) in Turkey.
LVT started to serve as a national accredited private organisation having the only personal laboratory in product certification within objective, reliable and independent working principles by having right to get conformity assessment accreditation in its first audit besides laboratory accreditation obtained with conformity assessment audit held in 2014.
Following the protocol signed with the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2019, it was appointed as the first private market surveillance laboratory.
